Terms And Conditions

The following terms shall govern the sale of products at the RugsOnLine Website.

(a)  Rates: The following rates would apply for services provided by RugsOnLine.  

Notes:
1.  Buyers are allowed to put up any number of demands Free of cost on the Demands page. 

2.  Sellers are allowed to put up any number of listings Free of cost on the Seller's Listing page.

3.  No charge would be made form buyers purchasing from a seller.

4.  RugsOnLine would charge 2% of the total Transaction Amount from sellers making a sale in response to a buyer demand.

* The Transaction Amount is defined as the merchandise purchase price plus the shipping fee.

(b)  A rug for sale will be listed on the RugsOnLine website for a period of 60 days. Two images of the product with a total file size less than 100kb may also be attached. If the seller wishes to extend his listing, he or she must contact RugsOnLine three days in advance to the closing date.

(c)  In case of a sale made through the Buyers Demand Page, all deals would be routed through RugsOnLine. RugsOnLine is not bound to disclose the contact of the buyer or seller, till the deal is finalized.

(d)  Shipment charges would always be paid by the buyer, unless specified.

(e)  All charges would be paid by the buyer before shipment. An inspection period of 10 days would be provided to the buyer. During this period the amount would be held by RugsOnLine. Funds to the seller would only be released after 15 days from the time the buyer receives, accepts and approves the condition of the product.

(f)  In case the product is not approved by the buyer; the buyer would pay one side shipment charges (for return of the product). Shipment charges for the other side would be paid by the seller. These shipment charges would be non refundable.

(g)  After the inspection period of ten days, disputes (if any) from the buyer or seller would be settled mutually.

(h)  Any transactions made other than those specified above, between buyers and sellers is their own sole responsibility and RugsOnLine is not liable for any claims or damages arising from such transactions.

(i)   RugsOnLine is not responsible for the content of the proposals entered on the Website. Sellers and Buyers must make all endeavor to validate a genuine offer. RugsOnLine is not liable for any claims, damages or loss arising from financial transactions.

(j)  RugsOnLine has the right to add, change or amend any rules given herein, without prior notice.
