Policy / Guarantee
The
following shall govern the return of items purchased from the
RugsOnline Catalog. RugsOnLine also offers other buyers a solution to
sell products from their own stocks and store.
(a) This policy is not
valid for items purchased from other sellers through the
RugsOnLine Website.
(b) 30 days satisfaction guarantee.
(c)
Stock items may be returned for
exchange or refund, unused and in original condition.
(d)
Custom size rugs,
custom assembled or special order rugs are returnable for store credit or
exchange only.
(e)
Returned items must be shipped pre-paid, insured and
securely wrapped.
(f)
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable.
(g) For all products purchased from any other rug
dealer, party, or individual through the RugsOnLine website,
RugsOnLine does not bear any responsibility on such items.
(h) Where a product is purchased from any of the
affiliates, the policy for a refund would be as governed by the
respective affiliate. RugsOnLine bears no responsibility for any
product purchased from an affiliate.
